If you have been watching the Democrats you may notice a lot of what is going on is the very breakdown of why we even bothered to have a bicameral legislature.  First comes the argument to pass by "reconciliation", and now they are trying to eliminate the filibuster.  This may come as a shock to many of you, but the Senate was NEVER suppose to be elected by the "American people".  They were suppose to be the interest of the States and by their very nature, slow down the federal government!

Now, yesterday I told you that the state of Virginia basically passed – or passed a law that basically annuls and nullifies any attempt by the federal government to impose national healthcare or to impose insurance mandates on the state.  This is not enough.  Ladies and gentlemen, what must happen here – let me just prepare you for what must be done to stop this.  In my view, there are two avenues to stop this.
