(Audio) Mandeville, LA – Let’s discuss another one of our follies here shall we? We live under a silly, destructive,expensive, life altering and life destroying war. The war is notoverseas or across any borders, it lives in domesticated America and isknown as ‘The War on Drugs". Why are we against the ‘war on drugs’ youask? Well, for starters, it’s a massive failure, not to mention thecriminalizing of roughly a third of the population of people who areotherwise law-abiding citizens, and finally – where is all the fundingcoming from, what resources are being redirected into propagandacampaigns for the ‘war against drugs’?

When we look back onhistory, and on this show that usually means referring to the FoundingFathers, we ask ourselves: Is this something the founding generationdealt with? The simple answer is no, most of these substances werearound in their day and either they did or didn’t use them. What theydidn’t do was make a national case about it.
