Sparing the Founders the Anguish of Seeing Their Government Today

2011 Mike Church

Hi folks its Mike Church with todays Church Doctrine

Federal Judge Gladys Kessler has written a ruling on ObamaCare that will either make her infamous, like Typhoid Mary or famous like Paul Revere. Kessler believes that the Constitution grants Congress the power to regulate Mental Activity as in it is pure semantics to argue that an individual who makes a choice to forego health insurance is not acting.

Using this logic then an individual who uses public transportation and thus decides to not buy car insurance is committing an action ands he therefore can be forced to purchase insurance from Flo or the Geico Gekko. This will insure that everyone participates in the car insurance market, expanding the pool of those covered which will result in decreased premiums.

Kesslers ruling could pave the way for an outpouring of anger at the federal gubbmint and give many more Americans the chance to see this federal monster as the out of control creature it has become. It is also possible that using Kesslers ruling the sheoples media parrots can cause the masses to believe that government is our kind benevolent master and of course it must have this power to regulate mental activity.
?Whatever results from this ruling I am just glad the Founders arent here to witness it and suffer the mental anguish that would most surely follow.
