Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Video and Audio – A writer at the American Thinker postulates that the 16th & 17th Amendments can be overturned/repealed/nullified by a majority vote in 3/4 of the state legislatures which sounds nice and inspirational but is patently fales. An Amendment IS a part of the Constitution and thus can only be altered by ANOTHER Amendment as Mike explains in today’s Founders TV. So, no matter how you feel about the 16th and 17th Amendments, they are there, they can be altered, but not the way this American Thinker writer hopes and dreams. For more be sure and check out today’s Founders TV and sign up for a Founders Pass if you don’t already have one.
