On this day 221 years ago, the Founding Fathers gave this country the world’s most important legal document of the modern era, and steered a young fragile nation on a path that would lead it to rise to the world’s preeminent superpower.  Today, we stopped to reflect on what a magnificent gift the Constitution has been, and the King Dude Official Constitutional Scholar Dr. Kevin Gutzman lends his expertise to the Red, White, and Dude Nation.

Today is a good day to actually sit down and read the foundation of our legal system.  If you haven’t read it in a while, fall in love with it all over again.  If you haven’t read it ever, then please stop what you’re doing and go read it right now.
