• The silliness of basically telling the Executive branch they have to pay back, some unreasonable amount like $85 billion to $175 billion.

SEGMENT 2

• Team USA men’s hockey captured its first gold medal since 1980 on Sunday, edging out Canada in a 2–1 overtime thriller at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

• Kenny Albert was built for moments like these!
• I’m not a huge hockey fan but the American goalie won that game.
• He played spectacular!
• I just think it was meant to be.
• The country of Canada are injured and in pain over this.
• Apparently the Canadians beat the Americans in some tournament, I think it was the Four Nations Tournament and Trudeau tweeted something out about it.
• Of course Trump retweeted that yesterday.
• Classic Trump move.

• We have covered these for 16 years now.
• This one tomorrow will be the 17th.
• Thinking back again, about this time 6 years ago, we are on the eve of the CoronaDoom.
• Do any of you remember this?
• Tomorrow night, and this is cool, there is a blizzard going on over the East Coast.
• The US Hockey team is landing in Miami today.
• President Trump told them he would send them a military plane so they could all attend the State of the Union.

• The embassy advised Americans in Mexico to remain in their residences or hotels, and minimize unnecessary movements. U.S. citizens should be aware of their surroundings and avoid crowds or areas around law enforcement activity, it said.
• Remember me telling you about the clause in the Constitution that calls for Letters of Marque and Reprisal?
• I gave a speech at Ron Paul’s LPAC and I discussed this with Mexican Cartels.
• In January of last year before the Inauguration, if Congress issued Letters of Marque and Reprisal you could take out some of these cartels.
• Trump beat me to it because he made an Executive Order and designated the Mexican Cartels as enemy combatants.
• Which effectively made them alien enemies.

• U.S. Secret Service agents and local authorities shot and killed an armed man who allegedly breached a secure perimeter at Mar-a-Lago and raised a gun at law enforcement officials in the early hours of Sunday, Feb. 22.
• Authorities said he was carrying a shotgun and a fuel can. The president was in Washington during the incident and not at his property.
• Man was identified as Austin Tucker Martin, 21, from North Carolina. Martin was reported missing within the last few days, Reuters reported.

• They put this book back into print in 2010 and they wrote a small forward.
• We got the books on Saturday and pulled my copy out and this will be my Lent reading.
• I opened to the intro page….and well here we go.
• They started talking about E.F. Schumacher in this forward.
• They talked about his fascination with India, the intro concluded that he had a fascination of Buddhism.
• Before writing Small is Beautiful, he did NOT become a Buddhist, he flirted with a few religions and then he went to a Latin Mass, then another one and then another one…then he converted to the Catholic Faith.
• That is why he wrote SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL!
• Why would you leave all that out of the forward?
• That forward was written to make the reader think he was a Buddhist.
• Joseph Pearce wrote Small is Still Beautiful after he became Catholic.
• Had Schumacher not written Small is Beautiful, how would that have changed Pearce?

• At one point in the 2nd period the Canadians had a 5 on 3.
• They were out manned, they were out drafted, they were almost out played…and yet the USA men’s team won!
• We just had a better goalie I think at the end of the day.
• The Canadians had the puck most of the game.
• They looked faster, they looked more in control but they just couldn’t finish it.
• It was just meant to be and it appeared the Americans wanted it more.

This is American hockey right there. This is all about our country right now. I love the USA. We’re so proud to be Americans. Tonight was all for the country. The USA hockey brotherhood means so much. We’ve been together for 2 weeks but we are so strong.

• Look at what those good American boys of the US Hockey team did: invited the little children of Johnny Gaudreau, a teammate who had been killed by a drunk driver, to hold up their dad’s jersey for the team gold medal picture. Tears, y’all, tears.

• This is undeniable, our trade imbalance is in the $100’s of billions.
• This was the remedy, these tariffs.

• Dissenting Opinions – Justice Kavanaugh, Justice Thomas and Justice Alito.
• When IEEPA was enacted, Congress and the public understood the power to regulate included tariffs.

AUDIO/VIDEO: President Donald Trump on SCOTUS & Tariffs – While I’m sure they did not mean to do so, the SCOTUS decision today made the President’s ability to both regulate trade and impose tariffs, more powerful and more crystal clear rather than less. Effective immediately, all national security tariffs under Section 232 and existing Section 301 tariffs remain in place. Today, I will sign an order to impose a 10% global tariff under Section 122 over rand above our normal tariffs already being charged.

AUDIO/VIDEO: Scott Bessent on Fox News w/ Maria Bartiromo – Tariffs & SCOTUS Ruling – Let me tell you what’s going to happen. This ruling was a very narrow ruling in terms of the Presidents ability to use IEEPA to collect tariffs. The President still have measures for negotiation. The IEEPA tariffs are going to be replaced in 3 days with the Section 122, and I can tell you, at Treasury contrary to what the committee said, tariff revenue will be unchanged this year and next year.

• Any policy that doesn’t consider the impact on the producers here is harmful.

• So what was the point to all of this?
• You can’t stop the Executive.
• This court haas previously affirmed the very acts Trump took under IEEPA under other statutes.
• Remember when SCOTUS was brought in for the SOTU last time?
• Remember Barrett didn’t shake Trumps hand?
• I think this is all too personal.

• What happened in the inner cities?
• Meaningful works help to maintain a meaningful life.
• American’s decided they didn’t want to work anymore.
• Especially inner city blacks. They are told you don’t have to work the government will take care of you.
• There is no vehicle to CHANGE any of it.
• So this is where we find ourselves.
• Who are the people responsible for all of this?

• You don’t want to live around people you don’t know.
• Are they sometimes ugly?
• Yes
• Look around, they all have young children in them do they not?
• It is not racism, it is an understanding that being surrounded by families with jobs is a good thing.
• Why would you go back?
• You can’t have a society that excludes people?
• Yeah sure until you have children then you realize how that is needed.
• Avoid living around crime, of course!
• The need to not live around crimes is the biggest need that young couples have.
• Crime areas = low trust areas.

• Donald Trump is a builder, he knows what it means to have a safe neighborhood to build in.
• I lived in Nashville and I will tell you Nashville is a very dangerous place to live.
• What has come from that is a gang issue.
• Venezuelan gangs had taken over areas there.
• I wouldn’t live in Nashville again and I advise people NOT to move there.
• What if the United States went belly up?
• What if all SNAP, all Medicaid and Medicare came to an end?
• What would happen in the mean streets of Chicago?
• You would have a civil, gang war type massive event.
• Look what happened in Mexico after the Gang leader is killed!
• Gangs are terrible!
• I’d love to see Trump talk about that.
• How do these people get into the polite parts of Mexican society?
• A world without Christ in it looks like what is happening in Mexico.
• What can you do to curb this?
• You can do what they are doing in El Salvador.
• 20% of the people arrested get out within 20 years then go to a rehabilitation facility.
• Let us contrast that to what we have here in the inner cities.
• Most of them don’t have fathers, most of them don’t have religion and many of them don’t have jobs.
• Manufacturing jobs are typically where?
• URBAN America.

• All 25 members of this USA hockey team were American citizens.
• Contrast this young man with what is in the inner cities.
• Those guys were just happy to win for America.
• You need more Jack Hughes in inner cities.
• We care so much about these inner cities and yet we still see so much poverty.
• Why is there still so much poverty in these inner cities?

• The only difference is DeSantis is willing to wield his pen.
• We don’t have Governors like this.
• I don’t think Republican Governors in general don’t think about the quality of life.
• They worry about the state as a whole but they don’t see the people in many instances.
• New Yorkers do not want to give Mamdani more money and he simply doesn’t want to accept this.
• His legacy right now is people dying on the streets frozen to death.
• At the CADEM – California Democratic Party – she held up a whiteboard that had F Trump that was it.
• They do appeal to low IQ types for sure.

• The USA came in 2nd with number of medals.
• Total number of Gold 12, Silver 12, and Bronze 9.
• They by all accounts did really well.
• I think the FIFA cup is supposed to take place where the Mexican gang violence is going to happen.
• You are supposed to have wholesome things in your life.

• He is running that city like a small Communist nation.
• Why is the Mayor of New York telling charitable companies NO?
• So you have to have proof of ID to SHOVEL SNOW in NYC but not to vote?

• There are ethnic groups in this country that hate white people.
• I am grateful Trump brought this back into the conversation.
• If you import people into a country that does’t really want to be here, this is what you get.
• When you reward people for being permanent victims, no one moves on.
• There are hundreds of these families now, sadly.
• I think Democrats need to understand we have no patience for this type of stuff anymore.
• Black Lives Matter, remember that?
• I remember Nancy Pelosi being a peacenik, what has happened to the Democrat party?
• All we will get under Democrat leadership is poverty and social unrest.
