• Did you know he pardoned himself and that anyone with the last name Trump can’t be prosecuted by the IRS?

• Todd Blanche, the acting attorney general, just gave President Trump something even better: pre-emptive exoneration from all potential criminal liability for certain financial crimes. He also guaranteed that the federal government would not be able to pursue tax claims against the president (or his family or his businesses).
• So POTUS can’t pardon himself but the Acting Attorney General can?!
• issuing a prohibition on federal investigations that might threaten Mr. Trump’s finances, the department has placed the president and his family in a new category of citizenship, where the tax rules that apply to every other American do not apply to him or his family. By my reading, the document explicitly forbids the government from challenging the legality of any trusts, which can survive in perpetuity. In this way, Mr. Blanche’s memo is a gift to subsequent generations of the Trump family.
• Blanche wrote a new chapter in the history of the presidency, elevating the office to a point where Mr. Trump and his family are declared exempt from the rules that apply to his fellow citizens.
• The document places off limits the investigation of any tax disputes (or tax crimes) regarding returns that were filed before this week.
• So now your entire family is free to commit any type of financial crime and no one in the Justice Department can do anything about it?

• After my writings yesterday, and they found out I republished the book Is Davis a Traitor, they reached out to me.
• They want me to meet with their board to discuss making Louisiana independent.
• They site a poll, that 50% of Louisiana citizens want an independent state.
• I think what has been happening, especially after what happened in Kentucky, people are looking for ways out.

• How did it happen that Trump and his family has turned into James Bond villains?

• So, the man who answers to Donald Trump, who appointed him to the job, has now taken the extraordinary step of agreeing that the Trumps can never be held accountable for any criminal tax acts that may have been committed prior to the issuing of the memo. Here’s the one-page statement announcing it. The top lawyer at the Treasury Department resigned in the wake of this extraordinary agreement.
• I can tell you, when you get caught up the IRS goes back and processes returns that you previously posted and then you owe interest and all that nonsense they tack on.
• How is this an act of justice?
• Why does the rest of the American citizens have to abide by these ridiculous IRS rules and filings but the Trumps do not?
• If you put it on the ballot that we stay how it is now  under Trump, would it pass?
• But oh we are told Trump isn’t taking his POTUS salary.
• Well why would he need to?
• First, without transparency or independent decision-makers, the fund will be awash in the appearance—if not the reality—of corrupt self-dealing. Five people, all of whom Trump can fire at will, will be in charge of doling out $1.8 billion of taxpayer money without the public knowing who’s getting the money, how much they’re getting, or on what basis. In theory, the people handing out money from the fund could agree to give millions of dollars to themselves.
• So now Trump can shower anyone in his MAGA world taxpayer money.
• This is absolutely stunning!
• Second, the Trump administration’s hands aren’t exactly clean when it comes to lawfare and weaponization. Trump’s executive orders targeting law firms are a good example. Several of these orders were blatantly unconstitutional and directed at the president’s perceived enemies. Trump did serious damage to some of these firms, but I think we all know they won’t be collecting payments from the Anti-Weaponization Fund. That will be a very bad look for the administration. It might also be illegal.
• If Biden or Obama did this the right wing would be losing their minds!
• Imagine if Obama establish a Reparations Committee? Imagine he took $1.8 billion and decided to start doling out tax payer money to all NAACP people.
• We all knew what was going on with Hunter Biden and we were all outraged right?
• Well this is happening under Trump too but no one seems to be concerned about it.
• Do these January 6thers deserve a payout?
• Is there a case to be made for the granny that was at the capitol and had NOTHING to do with ‘storming the castle’? Well of course but that should be settled in a court room under tort reform.
• This is not that, this is a pay for play.

• The 30-year US Treasury yield just hit 5.2%, its highest level since 2007, rising on worries about persistent price hikes because of the Iran war. Unsustainable government finances and interest rate hike fears have also sent investors pouring out of Treasury bonds. Yields rise when bond prices fall.
• The benchmark 10-year yield, which influences mortgage rates, surged to about 4.67%, its highest level in over a year. Bonds are sensitive to inflation, and investors are demanding higher yields to compensate for the risk of higher consumer prices eating into the value of their returns.
• Who is this serving?
• It is serving the rich, not us average Americans.

• How do you explain this?
• You can’t explain that by virtue of the fact that Trumpzilla weighed in or can you?
• At least they did it the old fashioned way.
• Most of the voting was done day of and the counting done same day too.
• I think again all this works toward unsettling people and making them think about alternatives.
• What is an alternative?
• The last alternative was 1861. Well that isn’t entirely true there have been other political alignments like the Dakotas splitting. Cities have severed from other cities.
• At the end of the day it all piles up.

• When things get out of scale, they go the way of the dodo bird.
• My friend David Kernall the former owner of Bulldog KIA, said they don’t know what almost all car dealers do. We are very involved in our local community. We bought billboards at local baseball complexes. We heavily invested in our community. We gave thousands of dollars away and not just once but all throughout each year.
• That is being kept IN SCALE.
• When you step out and say I will franchise it out all over in every major city in the United States, that becomes out of scale.
• Why don’t people apply that same thing when it comes to Amazon?
• There is an Amazon sorting facility here in our little town now.

• They expect and Trump demands fealty.
• What is fealty?
• There was a study done and you would all benefit from reading Good to Great. They broke CEO’s down into 5 categories, kinda like a rating system.
• All the Good To Great companies had one central thing in common.
• They had a Category 5 CEO.
• They have #1 humility. But they have a great work ethic, they can do any and all jobs at the company and do them well. But the main or primary thing is they would humble themselves and do whatever job was necessary for the business to thrive.

• Who among our leaders today are Category 5 leaders? Do we even have any?
• Without true humility no one else can shine.
• You have to be a humble part of the product.
• By the way did you catch the line in the promo – the people of these Federated states? This was in 1941 he said These Federated States.
