Our Core Principle #1: ETHICS.

We operate on this core principle in all we do, “Quid hoc ad aeternetatem”, meaning “How does this look through the lens of eternity?”

Our Core Principle #2: COMMUNITY.

It’s community that keeps us together, on-air, off-air, and then all our relationships with you.

Our Core Principle #3: ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

We are driven to make your listening, viewing, reading, and shopping experience everything you think it should be, seamlessly.

Our Core Principle #4: FORMATION.

We believe it is our Christian duty to do all that we can do in this vocation to aid and assist fellow Christians in the formation of Christian social and moral ethics.

Our Core Principle #5: CHARITY.

As Saint Paul says, “…without charity, I am nothing.” We operate on this principle in all of our business activities. Yes, we are a company in business to make profits, but we never put profits before the well-being of people and their access to the media and products we create.

Our Core Principle #6: ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

This is not some bullet point to fill in an FAQ section on this site for us because we are the world’s most passionate people about the broadcasts, media, and products we create, and we never stop working to make them the world’s best. It is literally a way of life for us and you can hold us to account on it.

Our Core #7: ENTERTAIN, ENTERTAIN, AND ENTERTAIN.

Our goal is not to change the world. It is to put a smile on the face and a well-informed pep-in-the-step of every rational, truth-seeking Christian soul in it.
