Climate change is hitting the black communities harder than any other community.  Fake Rear Admiral Richard Levine said climate change has a disproportionate affect on the mental and physical health of African communities.  He tried to explain how climate change is affecting only this racial group, but his fake science kept getting in the way.  Mike Parrott reveals how this fake woman posing as an admiral is using fake science to create a fake crisis.  He also exposes the lie the “rear admiral” keeps telling himself and he exposes the fake science itself.
