On Episode 2210 of The Mike Church Show, President Trump is experiencing MAGA-wide backlash over his Executive Order decreeing one-year in jail for anyone burning the American Flag. In addition to the obvious violation of the First Amendment, the EO conflicts with previous United State Supreme Court rulings adjudicating that burning one’s own flag is protected political speech.
