PRESS RELEASE – The CRUSADE Channel & Mike Church Show Achieve Milestone of Episode 2,000! Celebrate “Y2K-D” With Us!

Madisonville, LA – The CRUSADE Radio Network and The Mike Church Show are thrilled to announce the broadcast of Episode Number 2,000 of The Mike Church Show since it began its EXCLUSIVE run on the CRUSADE Radio Network in November of 2015!

“I have been blessed to have been performing The Mike Church Show-LIVE!, every weekday since 1992 a run unequalled in the industry and a milestone in and of itself; but this milestone means so much more than that because we own the transmission vehicle, The CRUSADE Radio Network and The CRUSADE Channel. This run was made almost entirely possible by the support, prayers and help of the people it serves: the listeners and I dedicate the 2000th episode to them.” Said Mike Church Show host and Founder of The CRUSADE Radio Network, Mike Church.

“Over the course of 8+ years ” Church continued “we have learned that the strength of a Talk Radio Show is not in how many “likes” or “follows” or clicks you get on social media, it’s how well you connect with real people and work toward serving their interests. Episode #2,000 will feature interviews with many of the people who appeared on the show during this stretch and of course will serve up super-helpings of the Talk Show Prime Directive Church said he learned from, among others, El Rushbo. “To Entertain, Entertain and Entertain.”

Episode #1 – November 11, 2015 | Shoutcast Audio quit 30 minutes into segment 1 so all online/streaming listeners never heard all of hour 1; Shoutcast crashed again in hour 2 and hour 3 and would crash dozens of times over the next 6 months until we upgraded our streaming servers. Since May of 2016 and that upgrade including surviving 4 category 3 hurricanes, The CRUSADE Radio Network hasn’t been off air for more than a total of 12 hours! 

Episode # 1000 – April 15th, 2020

2,000 Episodes at a minimum of 3 broadcast hours each equals 6,000 broadcast hours. That’s 250, 24 hour days of broadcasting or 8.33 months of 24 hour days!
