MANDEVILLE, LA – EXCLUSIVE AUDIO – Someone forgot to tell one of Sen. Dick Lugar’s aides that the War of Northern Aggression ended a while back. Dave Willkie said about Lugar’s GOP rival Richard Mourdock’s  “Confederate” necktie that “some say that it is not exactly the thing to wear in Indiana, Lincoln’s boyhood home…”  First off, it doesn’t even look that much like the Confederate flag.
