In the wake of the Venetian referendum, wisdom from America:

This is  great coincidence because on Monday’s radio show on SiriusXM I talked about Lincoln sending Sherman in to “march to the Adriatic Sea burning everything in your path. Those Italians can’t have their canals and eat them too!”

I wonder whether the American Exceptionalist crowd will rally to the blob that is Italy and try and extort or suppress their referendum as “illegitimate” after al we wouldn’t want any American Independence boosters to get any ideas now would we?
