As Jefferson properly placed them “the murderous Jacobins” of France bear no resemblance to Tea Partiers engaged in civil disobedience that hasn’t even gotten disobedient yet. I asked the question today: WHAT is the alternative to using the legislative process?

More piling on the “there never was a chance the GOP gambit was going to work” which is rather like saying there was never a chance for anything other than a forfeit to work.
