An Apple A Day Cannot Keep Slick Hilly’s Doctor Away – I keep repeating the following phrase to myself: “I refuse to believe that it is possible for the spawn of Margaret Sanger, eugenicist monster that she was, to be rewarded with the Presidency for her war against Life and the destruction of so many human souls via abortion.” While I wish evil on no one, Mrs.Clinton included, it is fitting that her health, her ability to live, has become an issue in her campaign. Mrs Clinton has now stumbled so infamously at such a high profile event as the 15 year 9-11 memorial service in NYC, that even the New York Times has to report it and lament it. Will You Go Trans Or Will You Go Carmelite, Massachusetts, Spaghetti Supper Edition – Man, I hate being right all the time: the war on Christianity has now placed into law in Massachusetts, the building block for the end of public worship of Christ if it might “offend” a transgender. From the “Commission Against Discrimination” we discover: “Even a church could be seen as a place of public accommodation if it holds a secular event, such as a spaghetti supper, that is open to the general public.” So if a mentally confused person “in transition” happens to wander into a Wednesday spaghetti supper at the local Methodist Church and hears or reads something that counters it’s unnatural view that because there is no Creator there can be no natural, Created Order, a lawsuit may ensue. Eugene Volokh quotes a Southern Baptist theologian who correctly states that Christians must NOT participate in the Sin of promoting sexual disorders. Let me be more precise, the Catechism on this is concise and beautiful in its Charity: “2334 “In creating men ‘male and female,’ God gives man and woman an equal personal dignity.” “Man is a person, man and woman equally so, since both were created in the image and likeness of the personal God.” 2335 Each of the two sexes is an image of the power and tenderness of God, with equal dignity though in a different way. The union of man and woman in marriage is a way of imitating in the flesh the Creator’s generosity and fecundity: “Therefore a man leaves his father and his mother and cleaves to his wife, and they become one flesh.” All human generations proceed from this union. 2336 Jesus came to restore creation to the purity of its origins. In the Sermon on the Mount, he interprets God’s plan strictly: “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that every one who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”123 What God has joined together, let not man put asunder.”

The Embarrassing Scandal Of American Bishops & The Plot To Destroy The Church – Most of you have heard me lamenting the fact that of the silence of the Bishops who preside over the Dioceses of VP Candidate Tim Kaine, VP Joey Biden, Hillary Clinton and now Franciscan Health Alliance. Evangelical readers may scoff and say “not shocking” but the fact is that it is shocking and should horrify all Christians when Satan infiltrates the heirarchy of the Church founded by Christ. This scandal goes all the way to the top and now includes the failure of the Holy Father to put a halt to this and begin handing out penances. Elizabeth Yore reports on the scandal and the motive behind it: “Following the lead of Pope Francis and his globalist agenda, the American Catholic hierarchy are relegating the prolife ministries to the doctrinal ash heap and committing funds and personnel to promote environmental and migration issues. Catholics are witnessing the bureaucratic deconstruction of the prolife movement in chanceries and the elevation of migration and immigration in its place. Catholic children are learning about the sin of littering, the importance of tree hugging and sexual hugging in the latest Vatican sex education curriculum.” This is why the “separation of Church and State” is a joke that the Obama Administration, the least likely colluder, ever, has exploited.

Contrast The Corruption of The UCCB With The Story of Real Catholic Charity of Saint Elizabeth Seton – Saint Elizabeth’s name being scrubbed off of hospitals of the Franciscan Health Alliance which will probably be revealed was done as a sop to the Obama Administration in exchange for ObamaCare favors, now makes sense and is the exact opposite of the story of Elizabeth Seton. Mother Seton founded and ran clinics and schools for the poor in Maryland with DONATED funds, her Charity still exists today. Here’s a sample: “I am as a Mother encompassed by many children of different dispositions – not all equally amiable or congenial, but bound to love, instruct, and provide for the happiness of all, to give the example of cheerfulness, Peace, resignation, and consider individuals more as proceeding from the same Origin and tending to the same end than in the different shades of merit or demerit.”

The Final Solution Begins: Saint Francis Has Been Renounced From Hospital Names – Scrubbing the name of Saints off of hospitals does not create “broader awareness” of Catholic hospitals, it is an embarrassing and trite endorsement of the war against Christianity by the cult of death. Consider the NFL scrubbing the “F” from their name and logo to create “broader awareness” of the sport. The now demoted Saints Francis, Margaret, Anthony, James and Elizabeth gave their mortal lives in the service of caring and healing for the sick and Saint James was martyred for it. The cowardly Franciscan Health should dump the Francis from their name and adopt something more appropriate for their now secular venture; I hear you can use “Clinton Global Initiative” for a large enough donation.

It’s The Corruption Stupid – Trumpzilla might have been co-opted by the DeceptiCON cabal (he has by my accounting, listen to my take here) but he is still the Last, Best, Chance to stop the diabolical abortion-loving, corrupt Mrs Clinton. But since the GOP convention he has been methodically and surely repeating cliches and bellicosities that were used by Mitt for brains Romney, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush and any other promoter of ‘Murican exceptionalism. Yesterday, in Philadelphia, he sealed the deal with a foreign policy speech that any GOP neocon could have given with the only saving grace being perhaps Trump is saying what Bannon et al are telling him he must say to shut the neocons up, BUT, that didn’t work for the hapless Romney and I don’t think it will work for him. Daniel Larison correctly notes: “Trump’s speech could easily have been given by Romney four years ago, and some of the specific proposals aren’t significantly different from what Romney wanted to do.” For Trumpzilla to win, he must be Trumpzilla…”eye of the Tiger, Rock, eye of the tiger!”

The Payne of Dumping Dogma From The “Conservative” Bath Water – Daniel Payne is blaming Hillary’s nearly sure-fire election on Sean Hannity and also blaming Hannity for ruining “Conservatism”: “If you want to find someone to blame for conservatism’s predicament in 2016—in which we eschewed a generational field of talent for a blustering con artist who will almost certainly lose to Hillary Clinton in November—you could do much worse than point a finger at Sean Hannity….conservatism will survive—battered, bruised, and limping, but still viable.” Viable to do what precisely and how is it “viable”? The 16 hacks Payne cites as “generational talent” were as “conservative” as Bill Clinton is “conservative”. I used to ask the question “what are you trying to conserve” and the question can be answered by Cruz, Rubio, Kasich et al “the ‘Murican constitutional order established by our Founding Fathers”. That the Founders lived among the residual Grace of the Ages of Faith with education, humility and restraint in foreign affairs that today can only be found among those who see their future, as citizens, in a yet to be established, new, Christian republic or federation of republics.

The Uselessness of “Conservative” Media On Display – Even though I continue to enjoy reading some “conservative” writers, I have to laugh at the roller coaster emotions they display on Donald Trump’s candidacy and some, take Michael Brendan Dougherty for example, are now reduced to nitpicking what they term as “Trumpism” and  pronounce it an epic failure: “Trump doesn’t seem like an improvement to them at all. He isn’t making the party more popular; he’s running well-behind Mitt Romney. And this is true despite the fact that Hillary Clinton is a much weaker and less popular opponent than an incumbent Barack Obama.” But Michael, Trump is actually the most popular Republican alive today and his matter of fact public statements about illegal immigrants and the benefits of actually talking to the Russians as potential allies are more genuinely “conservative” than what the Paul Ryan’s of the “movement”, that MBD predicts will retake the GOP party, are.
