• To basically place the welfare of the people on a few major corporations is a very bad idea.
• Centralizing your food source is NEVER a good idea.
• Now Wal-Mart is going to start building it’s own dairies around the country.
• Do you think Wal-Mart cares about your family? No all they care about is market shares and stock price.
• This is what never ending consumption gets you.
• We cannot even be bothered with making or producing our own food.
• Food Safety kills small farms – the FDA has made small farms not able to operate at a profit.
• That is why families were so large back in the day – labor.
• We decided to start raising them to leave, go off to college and live in a city.
• The Chinese did the very same thing with their dairy. Citizens had to stand in lines to get milk.

• Why is it that Americans don’t buy local dairy?
• There is a surplus of milk nation wide.
• Having a state run dairy farm is also a bad idea.
• State has run the welfare program so you can take what you wish from that.
• Small farmers purchase 95% of their purchases locally and the town then goes and buys from big box stores. That’s the thanks the farmers get.
• We have become a society of throw away.
• Wal-Mart announced they were going to open their dairy in 2016
• The company plans to work with 30 local farmers and supply milk to 500 stores in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky.
• Farming has become the most dangerous occupation in rural America due to suicides.
