The Founders Pass is happy to announce the project we’ve undertaken to modernize the Abel Upshur classic “Review of Justice Story’s Commentaries on the Constitution” has been completed and is now available to the Founders Pass membership as a Founding Father Films Publishing release. Today we release the entire work which covers the independence of the colonies going back to 1770.

Upshur’s critique of Story is heavily footnote for a work of this era (1840) and is well written so the lay person can understand him.

    Here I am!!! Better late than never… Might be I am still on Learning 101!!! My ‘Is Davis a Traitor?’ is hiding from me. Seems to me that this article and that book go together. Seems to me that ALL you give us to study go hand in hand. By the way, thank you for the insight on your understanding of Catholic Christianity. My husband says that you had changed, that you seemed not to be of the same opinions as you were when he first heard of you 13 years ago, and all for the better. Travel safe!!! Thank you!!!
