Mandeville, LA – Mike Church’s daily Pile of Prep, chock full of ChrisChristie’s Gang of 8 GOP governors embracing ObamaCare for Big Brother & Big Business plus other [r]epublican stories used to perform the Mike Church Show on Sirius/XM Patriot channel 125. “In an age that seems to believe that Christianity is an obstacle to liberty, it will prove provocative to insist, contrary to such belief, that Christian faith is essential to liberty’s very existence. Yet, as counter-intuitive as it may seem to disciples of the progressivist zeitgeist, it must be insisted that faith enshrines freedom.” – Joseph Pearce
SCOTUS runs out of toilet paper again, resorts to pocket copies of fabled document on sale at the SCOTUS concession stand in the Thurgood Marhshall lobby; meanwhile the 4th Amendment gets yet another “thumpin’ ” thanks to the prior actions of Bush 43 and now Dear Leader
Despite DeceptiCON campaign of hyperbole, lies and war lust Chuck Hagel is confirmed as SecDef and….
Rand Paul, breaks rank with DeceptiCONS voting FOR Hagel showing no inclination (GOOD!!!) to take the Ted Cruz junior college course “Cliched ideology of National Security 101”

Larison: “Hard liners” (my that sounds SOOOO Soviet and 1982!) in the GOP are fading in influence as their Po-Israel demands reach unattainable heights
Was Rand Paul’s vote for Chuck Hagel a “Masterpiece Political Move” or just another “he is the he we’ve all been waiting for” outburst from Liberty Movement faithful (ummm, I choose choice B)
Today’s Latin Phrase: intus et in jecore aegro nascuntur domini = Masters spring up in our own breasts, and from a sickly liver
TIC: Freedom does not exist without faith and faith does not exist without freedom, is there a link? You better believe there is and here is part of the explanation
Drooling for dollars: “Economists” salivate over the “housing recovery” and seem to think that a return to the biggest housing bubble in the planet’s history is a GOOD thing! 1. “Rising home prices” signals inflationary pressure applied by the 2. articificially low interest rates which will 3. cause more homes to be built on the belief they will all sell for more than they will today causing 4. a glut of inventory, a precipitous drop in prices and hundreds of BILLIONS in loans no-one will want to pay back when prices crash (again).
Mike Church essay in lights at the ALL NEW TIC “What would George Mason say about the Pentagon?”
DeceptiCONNED – Like the John Fogerty song “Cause I saw it on TV” the GOP “dominoes tumbled and big business roared” as Chris Christie becomes GOP “boatloader” #8, accepting ObamaCare bribe for Medicaid for NJ
DeceptiCONNED II– With FL’s “conservative” governor Rick Scott caving in to get his state’s share of “boatloads of federal money” the resistance to ObamaCare is damaged and the more likely outcome is MORE states caving in OR some states moving to completely become Independent
Double trouble caused by hoof – n – mouth disease: Ted Cruz now has the citizens of Libtardia AND paleocons after him
REALLY?! Did you actually research this before blurting it out!? WaTimes editorialists claim that employing our military around the known universe is “not an optional activity it is a necessity”
New “Tebow” move: Pretend you are willing to suffer martyrdom for your faith until Gatorade threatens to pull their endorsement money
And from our Trivial Things from Trivial People Dept: S.E. Cupp throws her weight & mala fides glasses around demanding CPAC admit gay marriage proponents to the event as sponsors

Regarding Tebow and the Free Speech vs. Free Market debate…..
I only caught part of the discussion from this morning because I was on my way in to work, so I apologize if this was covered. I think on the surface it appears to be a good thing – the free market at work. But I think it rubs me the wrong way because the political correctness door only seems to swing one way thanks to our beloved liberal media. If Tebow speaks at a controversial Christian church, he gets painted in a negative light – even though what he had to say was very positive. If you reverse the situation and you have a gay rights advocate speak out against the church the media will paint that in a positive light. And so while the free market works well to remove financial backing from things that are perceived to be negative, it is the liberal media forming those perceptions skewing the direction of the free market.
The problem isn’t the market, it is the media. Tebow shouldn’t have to worry about any negative perception formed by a speech in which only a positive message it given, because the media shouldn’t be trying to spin his speech as a negative.
