Hate Mail: Mike & Libertarians, the Reason Progressives are Winning!

Mandeville, LA – From the “I like your show but…” file , Here is another “Mike, you and Ron Paul (libertarians) are the reason why we are losing this war against Progressives! But that’s just prologue for “Fred” or “Joe” to get to his real topic: my arrogant, lack oc humility existence, fed by a non-stop cacophony of degrading homilies aimed at every caller to the radio show. My response is hilariously ridiculed for acknowledging St Francis and addressing Fred/Joe as “Sir”.

Name: Fred – Comments: “It seems that you often talk out both sides of your mouth. Example? Sure. You talk about how bad the administration is and Congress is and what the “leviathan” is doing/has done to us with “O” care, military, taxes, (and on and on). I certainly agree. But, just when people start to believe they understand what you are saying and where you are headed…. WHAM!!! You do what appears to be a 180. How? Just this morning a young man called in to talk about how he and his girls are going to suffer under the American tyranny being heaped upon us by the government. (debt, “O” care, etc) How their future is being destroyed under the weight of govt. AND THEN…. you chastised that poor guy!!! Is that how Libertarians treat others? The guy was looking for a little understanding and possibly some advice and solid answers. You completely blew him off. You basically told him to just get over it because bad things have happened to other people WAY before him so boo hoo. Sure, bad things have happened to others but NEVER have we been so close to a complete destruction of the Constitution and so close to becoming a communist country. Oh… you can probably site some long forgotten anecdote to show how wrong I am but so what? Many Americans believe we are finished as a Constitutional Republic. (I happen to be one of them) There is no coming back from the brink. The debt can NEVER be paid off. “O” care and then immigration “reform” are the final nails in the coffin. There will be NO way to undo “O” care until we are finally FORCED into single payer. (coming within a few years) Maybe a HUGE war would solve it!! Oh yeah….can’t do that due to your Libertarian sensitivities. (no…. I don’t want a HUGE war either…. what a waste war is!!!)

My main point is: You really need to listen to people a little more and stop being so ready to give them an answer before they have really had a chance to explain themselves. I’ve listened to you quite consistently for about 7 months or so and have noticed that you have become a bit arrogant. I liked the Mike Church of 7 months ago much better.

I’m just about ready to listen to music till Glenn Beck comes on. I suppose you like him as much as Mark Levin. So much for thinking we are all on the same side. No wonder the progressives are kicking our butts.”
