Bobby G on January 12, 2013 If one thinks that the citzens of Mississippi, which receives the most federal dollars, second only to West Virginia, would withdraw from the union after they have paid into such systems as social security and medicare, having to lose those monies forever, they are deluding themselves. We are irrevocably “tied at the hip” and nothing short of total collapes is going to change that fact. Until such time, when the possibilty of retrieving funds from the Federal government becomes an impossibility, the citzens of Mississippi will see no need to break from this relationship.
