The Walsingham West Project

Introducing The Walsingham West Project – Bringing Talk Radio & Homesteading Together, Naturally!

todayJanuary 21, 2022 31

Background

We will be building a new broadcasting facility complete with Radio and TV studios, on-site lodging and a homestead operation, in rural SW Louisiana, to lead CRUSADERS into a closer walk with God as the Christian should live it. The facility will have a chapel modeled on Walsingham’s famous Slipper Chapel, 3,500 square foot broadcasting and CRUSADE Channel studios.

The new studio will allow The CRUSADE Channel to broadcast an actual, farm-to-table food experience that will include “Cookin’ With The KingDude” video shows. These shows will include viewers’s recipe requests where the viewers actually participate in the show!

To build the Walsingham West project, we will need to raise approximately $300,000 and secure hundreds of hours of volunteer work at some old-world skilled construction tasks. One of the project’s imperatives is to build and style using the best techniques not the cheapest and most expedient as is nearly ubiquitous today. We will need skilled volunteers in the following trades and lots of apprentices to work under them. Together we will build a thing of beauty and usefulness for many decades to come!
