Callie-forn-yuh Supreme Court orders all state employees to resign their Boy Scouts of America memberships because the Scouts “discriminate”. I respond that designating the organization as BOY scouts is by definition discriminatory to prospective girl scouts. Angry employees demand their “first Amendment rights” mistakenly when they should be demanding their Article 3 CA Constitutional rights. ”
