SCOTUS Striking The DOMA Will Cause More Secession Petitions & Hasten The Coming Constitutional Crisis

todayDecember 12, 2012 4

Background

Mandeville, LA – Mike Church’s daily Pile of Prep, chock full of Founding Fathers, Secession petitions goodness and other [r]epublican stories used to perform the Mike Church Show on Sirius/XM Patriot channel 125. “…every State has a natural right in cases not within the compact, (casus non fœderis) to nullify of their own authority all assumptions of power by others within their limits: that without this right, they would be under the dominion, absolute and unlimited, of whosoever might exercise this right of judgment for them” – Jefferson’s Kentucky Resolution of `1798

Incorporationistas Strike: Federal judge tells NC to cease issuing its “Choose Life” license plate until a “Choose Death-or Abortion, whichever comes first” plate is issued – of course the judge claims he is protecting the First Amendment proving my theory that incorporation ultimately destroys what it purports to defend

U.S. fighter jets just keep being deployed to Egypt, 20 at a time, while the “enemy” that runs Egypt’s government becomes our ally – non-intervention anyone? Did Congress approve this movement (answer is NO)

Laurence Vance: Why is gambling illegal? While state sanctioned gambling-lotteries-are not only legal but are advertised so citizens WILL gamble

WaPo’s Dana Milbank couldn’t be more wrong if he tried: On the few things SCOTUS’s Scalia is right about, the DOMA being constitutional is one of them- the quest for federal civil rights protection of “gay marriage” will only fuel secession petitions & hasten the coming Constitutional Crisis

Incorporationistas Strike Pt II: Federal Court violates IL sovereignty and strikes their concealed carry law down – you may personally approve of the decision but it is NOT a ratified intent

im confused how does a court tell a state that well its ok that you have this viewpoint so long as you have an opposite viewpoint wow freedom of speech means you are only free to speak as long as you give a countering arguement. how absurd is that?

    Re: NC and IL
What is with the appeals? IGNORE the (non)Federal court decisions. NC and IL are within their authority and power to proceed with no acknowledgement of those courts. They probably should have never participated in the cases anyway. Where is the authority of any court to bind a legislature to CREATE NEW LAW?
