SJW Loon Lido Pimienta Makes South Park Into Hard Hitting Drama

Background

Mandeville, LA – We are now in the age of fiat reality: reality is whatever you say/think it is. You just can’t make this stuff up folks:

The Halifax Pop Explosion music festival is apologizing for the actions of a volunteer who interrupted a performance by Polaris Prize-winning singer Lido Pimienta with “overt racism.”

A statement on behalf of the festival’s board of directors addresses the singer directly and promises to make changes to improve “anti-oppression and anti-racism training” over the next year.

“We are sorry that one of our volunteers interrupted your art, your show, and your audience by being aggressive and racist,” reads a Facebook post signed by vice-chairman Georgie Dudka.

After a month’s silence, the pop-tart “broke her silence” and vomited some faux Rosa Parks bromides.

“We will not accept this behavior and neither should you. Be responsible for your friends — talk to them and support them as they move towards unpacking their racism. People of Color deserve safe spaces and it is your responsibility to help. It is also ours.”

Safe spaces, at concert in Nova Scotia, that hotbed of segregation and chattel slavery!? Rubbish.

It’s getting so ridiculous now, South Park has become hard hitting drama. Sad. Then there’s this from the “story”

“I am deeply touched by HPX’s apology — they know they have a long way to go to balance things out, but at least they called themselves out and I hope this doesn’t end here but moves past the noise. “

Long way to go to where!? Making a dependent class dependent AND privileged!? Stay at home and watch Karen Carpenter videos or take a front row seat to this. h/t Gregory P. Carpenter.

By the by, THIS is what actual racism looks like, ‘Murican flags, Pledge of Allegiance and all.
