Committee of Secret Correspondence

This Day in Founding Founders History - Where we bring you important dates in the lives and history of the Founding Generation. In 1775 on this day, the Continental Congress established a Committee of Secret Correspondence to provide communication of Patriot efforts to garner foreign support.
