Senator Rand Paul and TX Governor Rick Perry are having the most important debate of the soon to be launched 2016 Presidential race: foreign policy. As I have said dozens of time EVRYTHING revolves around foreign policy, a country that is at peace and amity with the world, by design, has a far better chance of being financially and morally prosperous too (my words, not MBD’s)
