Background

Secede_or_Die_Can_FLEECE_FEATURED_XMASMandeville, LA – Mike Church’s daily Pile of Prep, chock full of the latest ObamCare fraud being perpetrated by the HHS & the White House with Mike’s historical viewpoint to help make sense of it all plus other [r]epublican stories used to perform the Mike Church Show on Sirius/XM Patriot channel 125. “That is, a teleocratic constitution seeks to mold society according to ideological principles (e.g. the principles many extract from the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence).  Meanwhile, a nomocratic constitution seeks only to provide rules by which the people, formed however they may be by their own social and cultural institutions, may govern themselves as they see fit.” – Bruce Frohnen

SCOTUS refuses to hear NSA case, decides to brush up on ObamCare taxes which are “constitutional” instead

The biography of Albert Gallatin is worth knowing and this “American Statesman” book on him is a good start

John Taylor of Caroline was the most influential [r]epublican voice of his day and his work remains as  necessary reading. This essay by the great Joseph Stromberg, first published in 1982, explains Taylor’s [r]epublicanism and libertarian thought, unlike any other American of his time

S.J. Quinn’s The History of Fredericksburg, VA is a most thrilling historical walk through 18th & 19th century American history &b includes episodes from 1776, 1798 and 1861

One of the most accomplished yet little know Founder AND Christian Gentlemen was John Randolph of Roanoke, I am researching him for reference and for a good volume on his life to republish, this one is rare and good

DeceptiCONNED: I predicted this 3 years ago, knowing full well that the arc of modern history & partisan politics had to produce a REPUBLICAN version of ObamaCare and that is exactly what is happening as the latest effort involves “conservative media” getting in on the act

Louie Gohmert continues his one man deconstruction of the Affordable Care Act, now focusing on the President’s personal “army corps” he can summon for “medical emergencies”!?

“Under the Affordable Care Act, the Ready Reserve Corps is directed to ‘assist full-time Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions. It says it is for international health crises, but then it doesn’t include the word ‘health’ when it talks about national emergencies,’ said Gohmert.”

Henry_detail_ChristmasRemember all those yews that were going to saved/served by ObamaCare? Turns out the a cappella policies they were purchasing for $100 are now $1800 because 22 year old young men all need maternity care don’t ya know?

How the NSA is stifling free speech and thus a free PRESS around the globe

TIC: Alexander Hamilton, a good guy!? That’s the theme of the great Forrest MacDonald’s essay which contends Hamilton was a victim of Jefferson et al’s vicious character assassination and our weak understanding of what 18th century words meant when Hamilton used them

In yet another unconstitutional power grab, Mordor’s trucking Gestapo will enforce its EOBR mandate next year and EVERY big rig will have to have the spy device but before you think, NSA, look at the picture in the accompanying story. See that ginormous “Qualcomm” logo? THAT explains the regulation: a ready made market for the EOBR itself. What a scam….

Are there really TWO Americas? And why is the selection limited to just TWO? Why aren’t there 5 America’s? Here’s an even better query: what isn’t there just ONE America that is universally loved and admired, respected and revered for her Constitution and [r]epublican freedoms? (the answer is because dividing power by twos a. makes choosing a side a piece of cake and b. guarantees a rotating share of the $3.9 trillion prize money

OHHHH the Inhumanity of it all! Questioning a woman’s right to kill the soon to be born! The Atlantic’s associate editor Olga Khazan pens racy screed that purports to investigate whether the spate of 20 week abortion bans is justified based on “the fetus” feeling pain. This is a moral equivalent argument that is a close cousin of assisted suicide for the living, who are late on their bills and snore but who can be anesthetized during their “abortion”. Abortionistas are getting clobbered in their defense of the indefensible and not surprisingly, note how Ms Khazan poo poo’s any moral or spiritual reason to oppose the procedure by relying on Sciencism to justify the killing

TIC: The importance of tools cannot be understated and yes I mean to say those implements one can wield in one’s hands to alter and improve the shape and form of the natural world. Tools are necessary for men to build themselves a house and home for his family and his God

Prof. Bruce Frohnen explains the key differences between a Nomocratic constitution and a Teleocratic constitution. The former is the preferred constitution, which ours WAS but we now toil under a most pernicious Teleocratic instrument

Another one of my theories on our modern government, that it requires the complicity of the governments at every level in order to execute the $3.9 TRILLION yearly heist is demonstrated in how ObamaCare $$$ was distributed to the styes for their “exchange websites”

Mike, most of what you spoke about regarding community clinics is what I have been preaching to people for some time now. People are plagued with political or government farsightedness, meaning they can only see the distant federal government as the solution to all problems rather then the answers being contained in the church, or community, or local government.
