Walsingham West Project – One Man’s Junk Could Be Our Treasure

It’s going to take a lot of raw materials to actually build Walsingham West. Because Walsingham West will be situated on the finest land, smack dab in the middle of hurricane Laura and Rita’s paths, she will be a sturdy old girl like they would make in Walsingham east using stone. The building will be built using CMU (“cinder blocks”) brick, reinforced by rebar. This construction, accented with interior plaster walls will pWe’ll be using wiring trenches and lots of conduit to wire up the estimated quarter mile of audio, Cat-6 cables and electrical wire needed.

The list below is what we call “an educated guess”…oh who are we kidding, they’re just numbers we took off of old Popular Mechanics plans to build a bomb shelter. Seriously, the specs for each material needed will be project specific by the time you are ready to load up 20,000 pounds of brick or 500 ft spool of Romex so use the form as an estimate for now and thanks!
