When The ATF Comes Knocking On Your Door

N.B. I am publishing this account so there is a public record of the events of this day, not to sensationalize the story but to provide the Church Family’s understanding of the ATF’s visit to our home and future interactions. The horror stories of innocent American families being brutally “no-knock” searched, seized and vilified by this agency is well known and I am doing what I can to avoid any confrontation. 

While I was at work today a pair of ATF agents showed up at my home to talk to me about confiscating my recently purchased from an FFL, Walther P22 because the FBI told them I am now a “prohibited” under the Brady Bill and can NEVER own a firearm again – but that can’t be because my alleged “crime” was discharged in 1986 and the 1993 enacted Brady Act SPECIFICALLY ordered to begin the NICS with “case dispositions in computerized criminal history files for all cases in which there has been an event of activity within the last 5 years…”. My last “activity” was in 1987, beyond the scope & plain language of the Brady Bill. The same FBI also passed me through the NCIS in 2012 for a firearm purchase from the same merchant. WTF is going on here?

After a 20 minute long interrogation by one of the agents on the phone who said he only “wanted to be helpful” and “inform me of my rights…as a prohibited” ensued; this after stating he had no court documents or opinion from ATF legal counsel to “retrieve” my gun per Brady et al policy.

The agent, who only identified himself as agent “Smith” insisted on 3 occasions that we “meet to discuss this and your rights, Mr. Church” and then promised to get “the citation in writing and deliver it” to me, to which I replied “can’t you just mail it”? *laughter* “ok, yes, I can mail it.” No attempt was made to ascertain my current location or that of the weapon, again, WTF?

During the call I informed the agent that if THE LAW SAID I was a “prohibited” then that’s what the law says and I will peacefully comply.

One of the agents, or visitors, left a card tucked into my door frame; with the help of very well connected friend I confirmed the identity of the special agent on the card but he is NOT the “agent” who phoned me. Again, WTF!?

Is it a coincidence this fictitious “crime” comes 4 days after my letter to Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards informing him & all who care to know the Truth, of the actual facts of how a “case” of Covid19 occurs and other facts he & the rest of the U.S. governor’s seem immune to? That letter is but the coda to a very long, 15 month long defense of President Trump from malicious and patently false charges in the Russia probe, the Impeachment, the UkraineGate and his correct moves against the Wuhan Virus re: Hydroxychloriquine, the Epstein pedo-cabal, the upcoming vaccination mandate and much more.

You can decide that for yourselves and I will keep you posted on any “stay in touch” updates the ATF agent promised.

Meanwhile, let me state a few facts of my own.

1. I NEVER go to deserted public parks to sit on benches and read the newspaper; EVER.

2. I have Vertigo and am deathly afraid of heights and therefore do not explore the ledges outside windows or even open a window up above the ground floor.

3. I do NOT consume porn and have no fantasies about auto-erotic asphyxiation acts.

4. I do NOT swim in rivers or lakes, EVER.

My wife is now a paranoid wreck who, justifiably, thinks the big, CoronaHoax™, Vaxxed, “New Normal-State” will bring its full force down upon us. This is the fear that this pandemic scam and the pandemic state’s power grabs, have on real people.

Watch your 6, CRUSADERS, the AdrenalChrome Guzzlers do not approve of us knowing their plans and refusing to go along.
