Mike:  So let me go through, let me just present something to you and give you a different point of view on it.  Everybody knows who Mark Zuckerberg is; do you not?  Even Young Nic in there.  No, I shouldnt say even Young Nic, hes pretty well informed.  So you know that Young Zuckerberg is the founder of Facebook.  Okay.  AG, you know who Zuckerberg is.  Everybody knows who Mark Zuckerberg is.  Nice, affable kid.  Seems nice enough.

AG:  Time Person of the Year.

Mike:  Yeah, Time magazine Person of the Year.  What did he recently do that made big headlines, AG?  What was the amount of money that he gave away?  And he gave it to government.  So what was the amount?  Somewhere…

AG:  Did he give 100 million to New Jersey schools?

Mike:  He gave $121 million to New Jerseys public school system.  And, why, hes the philanthropist of the year.  Why, hes the man thats giving back to his community.  Hes giving back to society.  Is he?  Is he?  Or is he perpetuating Leviathan?  Is he perpetuating the socialist welfare state?  Thats exactly what hes doing.  Let me walk you through this exercise here real quick.  So Mr. Zuckerberg took 121 million of his own money.  Hes free to do so, now, dont get me wrong. I dont want any hate mail.  I dont want you sending Bill OReilly little snippets about me.  Hes free to do with his money what he wants.  You know, the way I just said that, you know what just popped in my head?  Upgrayedd gonna get his money.  [Laughing]

(Audio & Transcript) Mandeville, LA – Everybody aware of MarkZuckerburg? The founder of the social networking founding father,Facebook? Time Magazine ‘Person of the Year’? You know whowe’re talking about now don’t you? They just recently made a movieabout his accomplishments as of yet, don’t recall how it did in thetheatres nor do we remember that much ‘buzz’ about it. One thing MarkZuckerberg has done that created a little buzz our way would be thecharitable act that landed him the cover of Time Magazine. $121 Million dollars in charity, or if you prefer to look at it another way: one hundred and twenty-one million dollars.

Don’tbe so quick to start petitions in order to make sure Mark Zuckerbergwins a Nobel Peace Prize, The Heisman, An Academy Award, A PurpleHeart, and a spot on the Hollywood walk of fame. Instead listen to theKingDude break down this ‘charitable donation’ to a school in New Jersey, and make it seem a bit more in agenda with our favorite foe on this channel: Leviathan!

You say whatever you want, but Upgrayedd gonna get his money.  Thats from the movie Idiocracy, by the way.

All right.  So hes free to do whatever he wants with his money.  So he had 121 million, and he gave it to a corrupt institution that has ruined and driven New Jerseys public schools into the proverbial ditch.  They do not serve the students.  They dont serve the parents of that state.  What they serve are the unions that cobble together the teachers, the unions that cobble together all the other workers that amount to the workforce of the New Jersey public school system.  So hes basically donated his money to a government-run mob, is what hes done here.  And he has insured that they do not have to accept the reforms that the governor is trying to force feed them which are needed and necessary.  So lets just cut to the chase here.  This is a reprise.  This is basically a bailout, isnt it?  This is a bailout for the New Jersey public school system.
Now, some are going to say that, Why, Mike, whats wrong with that?  If people want to give to the government, theyre free to do so.  And besides, this helps the kids of New Jersey.  No, it doesnt.  This ensures the enslavement of the children of New Jersey.  And, if I may make the point, ladies and gentlemen, what if Mr.  Zuckerberg had taken the $121 million and decided that Im not going to give it away.  Why dont I employ it as productive capital?  Why dont I take 60 of it and build a factory here thats going to make Zuckerbergian Facebook widgets?  And after I make the Zuckerbergian Facebook widgets, then were going to hire a couple thousand people to work in the factory to make the Facebook Zuckerberg widgets.  And then were going to sell them here in the United States.  And we might even sell them abroad.  But were going to invest the money.

Now, stop right there.  By not giving the money away, by taking the money and using it, instead of for philanthropic uses, by using it as capital instead, he has now made it possible for tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of economic transactions that would not have taken place before, to take place.  He is also taking the chance, the risk as we call it, to elevate through the means of production the worth of the capital.  But he wont get it all.  This is the best part.  The people that work at the factory will earn a living instead of being given one by the state of New Jersey.  And the snowball effect from there, who knows what those people do with that money?  Who knows what the people that supply the raw materials do with the money?

The point is, is that giving actual cash away does not materially or does not in an economic sense affect in a positive sense the productivity and the output of a people that allegedly want this thing called, and Ill just quote some of the talk radio mafia, free market capitalism.  It does the exact opposite.  So the people of New Jersey, the people of this country would have been far better off, economically speaking, and I would say from any way you look at it, because then the government is deprived of the $121 million, would have been far better off had that money been put to productive use, is the point.  He could have altered the lives of tens of thousands.  He could have given jobs, produced jobs, rather, for those that do not have them.  Who knows what the snowball I cant pretend to know what the snowball effects of this are.  Maybe the business would go belly-up.  But the idea and the use of the capital would be reapplied by someone else who may turn it into a better model for making the Facebook Zuckerberg widge
t.  Probably in China, but thats another subject for another day.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the proper way to look at all this raft of these young tycoons who are giving their fortunes away.  Theyre not giving their fortunes away.  They are depriving the economic recovery of capital.  They are donating to government.  Theyre putting their money in the exact wrong place.  Government is not going to elevate the value of that $121 million.  Its going to consume it.  Its going to eat it.  And youll get no return once its gone.  Invest it, though, in productive measures, theres a chance, a very good chance that the value of it will be elevated and elevated and elevated and will allow others to participate in the elevation.  This is how a free market works.  And this is why you are being just as philanthropic by starting a business and hiring people as you are by giving money to people that dont have jobs.  Whats that old saying about teaching men to fish?
