Heritage et al – They Just Cannot Help Themselves

2011 Mike Church

Hi folks its Mike Church with todays Church Doctrine.

With the death of Osama bin Laden now a part of history the United States War Machine is already revving up to find yet another bogeyman or monster to go in search of to slay and spend $2-3 TRILLION in the process. They just cant help themselves.

Take for example this message from the President of the allegedly conservative Heritage Foundation, Edwin Fuelner. There is no peace dividend with bin Laden’s death — our military is underfunded, and we must not shortchange our military men and women who are fighting to protect America. Wow, our military budget for 2010 was over $700 BILLION. this amount is so gargantuan that it accounts for 46% of the military spending of the entire planet and if you dont believe in UFOs its 46% of the entire universe. One must ask the question, OK Mr. Fuelner then how much more would get us to full funding?

The answer would have to come in the form of a newly invented number, say $1 katriliion bajillion!

Fuelner continued his pitch for the katrillion bajillion with this whopper. Though al-Qaeda suffered a significant blow last night, it was not a fatal one. It is worth stating again: the war on terrorism is not over, and the war in Afghanistan is not won. And just what would comprise a victory in Afghanistan? Well it used to be the capture or death of bin Laden. Now that this is accomplished why is there still the eternal push for war? Why, because they just cant help themselves.
