Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – “This establishment is as corrupt and as deceitful as any establishment has ever been, going all the way back to the days of Rome and those diabolical emperors that lit Christians afire after pouring pitch upon them so they could light their parties up. We live in it, folks.” Check out today’s transcript for the rest….

Mike: I’m just going to reiterate this and say this again. I talked a little bit about this with Mark Kreslins yesterday. We talked about this just briefly yesterday. If you were to put a list together of the people that are lining up as enemies of candidate Trump, you would look at that list and go: Wait a minute, I recognize that list. Those are my enemies. There is something to be said about this pile-on that Patrick J. Buchanan wrote about. We did get a chance to talk about that under the heading “Yes, the System is Rigged.” Buchanan saying:
If 2016 taught us anything, it is that if the establishment’s hegemony is imperiled, it will come together in ferocious solidarity – for the preservation of their perks, privileges and power.
Mike: The wine and cheese and croissants and mani-pedi crowd that has existed in their multi-trillion-dollar banquet, that have been feasting like the suckling hogs they are on that banquet for so many decades – they’ve even changed generations. It’s a generational thing. They passed it onto the next generation. It’s teat-sucklers, the next generation. They feel threatened by you, you peasants, by me, us hoi polloi out here. How dare we raise our voice in real opposition?
They weren’t threatened by the Tea Party back in 2008 and 2009, they weren’t. There were a few personally threatened in some appearances by certain individuals, but they weren’t feeders at the four-trillion-dollar banquet trough that the federal government distributes every year, your money, my money, borrowed money from our children, theft, generational theft and usury. They weren’t threatened by that. That’s why they let it happen. That’s why even when Pelosi lost the Speaker’s gavel they went: Whatever, dude. We still run this town. Obviously they do, as the Boehner speakership made eminently clear. Government did not take a haircut. Government was not scaled back. The “size and scope of government” was not put back in the bottle.
It took all the way until the summer of 2015 and then the fall and winter and spring and now the summer of 2016 for the real threat to not be imagined anymore. That is, the roar of Trumpzilla. As Trumpzilla roars, they run, they flee. They’re terrified. They’re mortified. There may be a hard day’s work in front of them in the near future. That’s not going to happen. [mocking] “Have you seen these hands? Feel my palms. I work in Mordor. Does it feel like I’ve ever done anything productive in my entire life? Would you like to see my pedi? You know, I have four cocktail parties to attend this afternoon. That’s just the ones on K Street.” This establishment is as corrupt and as deceitful as any establishment has ever been, going all the way back to the days of Rome and those diabolical emperors that lit Christians afire after pouring pitch upon them so they could light their parties up. We live in it, folks.
A book was written by Gibbon called The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. Who’s going to write the book about the fall of the American Empire? We should pave the way to the end that we all know is nigh by beginning to form, as I have, the Louisiana Independence Party. Have you formed your state’s independence party? It’s as simple as starting a Facebook page or a WordPress blog. I haven’t really done much with it. Every time I go there, more people have liked it. I haven’t even been there. Maybe I should start hanging out there. The fact is, ladies and gentlemen, if we’ve learned anything on this week of shows here on the Mike Church Show, we have learned from our colleague and friend Joseph Pearce that if our eyes are not permanently and always fixed with a gaze firmly fixed upon eternity, that’s when all is truly lost. When the gaze is solid and true, that’s when there is true hope.
As Chris Ferrara was saying, his sister is in the unitive state of prayer. There are three states: purgative, spiritive, and unitive. I’m in the purgative. She’s actually looking forward to dying. Why? Like Francesca, Lucinda, and Jacinta, this life is nothing. This is a shell. If we learned anything from the resurrection and the ascension, life begins at our glorious martyrdom if we’re fortunate enough to get one, or at our death. Folks, these things matter. They’re all adding up here. I am thankful to be able to share all of that with you Monday through Friday.
