CONFIRMED-Facebook Censors Are Throttling Founders Red Pill Takers

Mandeville, LAby Mike Church

I practically invented the term RedPill for eschewing the heterodoxy of politics as salvation. Now I can’t use it on the social media that helped make it popular, WTH is up with that?

The 2010 (note the © date) rendition of Founders Red Pill that I can no longer use on any social media, yet helped launch Facebook when I loaned them this content!

So get this. A longtime listener and his wife have volunteered to manage my social media-broadcasting accounts for a year; GREAT! I thought. In analyzing my Mike Church Show FB account they concluded that [paraphrasing]

“Facebook is seriously throttling back your activity… best to cut back on posts til we can figure out how, why and what to do about it.”

Now, there you have it, the censors on Facebook determine what “friends” of the Mike Church Show page on Facebook will or will not see. This reminds me of a  post I published late last year.

“Does anyone who hears The Mike Church Show and the CRUSADE Channel really think that we merit being google ranked # 31,001,079 in ‘Muricah, among online radio shows? Really!? After 26 years in the business? 13 years at at SiriusXM ? 6 Years at the helm of the morning drive show on SiriusXM’s 3rd most listened to channel (a slot Mike made so popular that Steve Bannon coveted it for 3 years until he finally obtained it)!? We are currently serving up the best talk-radio we’ve ever done. And yet we have to grovel for A new listener to discover the show/channel? LOGIC and the reality of my experience the last 3 years says an active effort to suppress us (me) was and IS at play….”

Told ya so. Project Veritas has just completed a research project on the matter after a former FB engineer jumped Zuckerberg’s ship and spilled the beans on what was going on.

According to the insider, the documents revealed a routine suppression of the distribution of conservative Facebook pages. The technical action she repeatedly saw, and for which Project Veritas was provided documentation, was labeled ActionDeboostLiveDistribution. Said the insider, “I would see [this term] appear on several different conservative pages. I first noticed it with an account that I can’t remember, but I remember once I started looking at it, I also saw it on Mike Cernovich’s page, saw it on Steven Crowder’s page, as well as the Daily Caller’s page.”

Read the whole report and watch the videos if you have the time.

For the record, here is a t-shirt design I drew and sold in 2009 featuring, wait for it, the “Founder’s Red Pill“. It is plain to see from the artwork that I was drawing the distinction twixt the two current political parties, denoted by capital [R]-Republicans and [D]-Demoncrats, not goading anyone into anything other than seeing the two parties, as C. Everett Dirksen saw them “two sides of the same coin”. Now my use of “Red Pill” gets my posts censored and, if I am relying on Facebook to help promote my business, my business activity throttled as well.

Fine. Put that in the terms and conditions and maybe people like me will never loan you our content because at the end of the day, the content on this site, posted to FB et al, is mine; yet media pressures almost command that I must have a presence on FB et al otherwise many prospective listeners or even current paying members will not continue as either. What does that say about this current media environment? Are institutions and talent, who are willing to own their publications and back them up with decades of dedication and honing, and thus their earned reputations, going to be driven from the marketplace by skinny jean wearing, soy drunken eunuchs whose only talent is writing computer code to gain an advantage over those who can’t write code?

The 2009 version of my “Founders Red Pill” t-shirt and Mike Church Show marketing design.

The answer that is emerging for me is to work with others whose “red-pills” are being censored to build our own, tight-knit communities, utilizing but not reliant upon the internet, to serve our audiences who are also our dear friends and brothers and sisters in Christ. This is traditional Catholic locking arms with traditional evangelicals and traditional Jews – it is after all a Judeo-Christian heritage we share and the Church’s teaching confirms that. Let me state what’s at issue here and what should unite and not divide us-we are after all, in the same neo-commie crosshairs.

No Catholic should stop extending his hand to these brothers in arms.

No evangelical should suspect the former of anything other than love for his soul’s destiny, regardless of doctrinal differences.

No Jew should ever think his Catholic brothers wish anything other than a holy death and blessed eternity for him.

Time for a digital William Wallace, as Michael Matt has recently said, to unite these new clans. Who’s got some Scottish blue face paint!?

UPDATE: The WSJ has an editorial, The Internet and Evil that peers into the world of social media irresponsibility and power that “Live Streaming”. While Facebook frets over MAGA friendly, Catholics using “Red Pill”, “MAGA” and “SJW” maniacs broadcast the murder of praying Muslims, before Facebook can ride to the rescue and shut the rampage off. Then there’s this.

Yet the crooked timber of humanity doesn’t straighten out online. Social-media websites are also full of noxious behavior: bullying, “doxing,” conspiracy mongering. The internet allows people with deranged views to find one another and feel like they belong to a movement. Disturbing material that used to exist underground is now a click away. Last week Reddit deleted a forum for snuff videos called “watchpeopledie.” It reportedly had 300,000 subscribers.

The WSJ editors, with whom I disagree on nearly all matters of war and peace, propose a moral solution for Facebook et al and I concur and have talked about it on my show: restore accountability in broadcasting and most of this will end.

In the U.S. some want to revise Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, which offers platforms like Facebook and Twitter immunity from liability for posts by their users. In short, they’d have to operate like other publishers (including this newspaper). That’s preferable to government censorship, but a deluge of lawsuits might put the sites out of business.

Maybe that’s not such a bad idea.
