1/2 Fresh lime cut into quarter wedges
1 oz lime juice
1/2 Fresh Louisiana Peach, cored, cut into 1/4 wedges with peels removed and reserved
4 Fresh mint leaves
2 oz clear simple syrup
2-4 oz Club Soda
