The New Mexico Governor  bans guns for thirty days sparking backlash from the 2A community. 

Citing a public health emergency Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham issued the order to combat gun violence and drug use. The governor has received backlash over the ban from both the gun community and politicians. Mike Church says this ban is not a second amendment issue but a New Mexico constitution issue.
